Moody's is seeking a Director-level sales leader to drive Data Solutions and KYC offerings to corporate clients in Turkey. You will own strategy, pipeline, and end-to-end deal execution across corporate and government-owned segments, lead cross-functional collaboration with product and solution specialists, and manage a substantial sales cycle with travel up to 50%. The role requires deep KYC/AML expertise with a proven track record in selling complex data and risk intelligence solutions to senior executives, and to grow revenue within Moody's broader portfolio through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Skills and Competencies

  • Deep expertise in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) solutions and market practices
  • 10 + years’ experience of proven success selling complex Data Solutions, Risk Intelligence, and Technology products in a business‑to‑business environment
  • Strong consultative selling capability, with the ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored, value‑based solutions
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills, including engagement with senior executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales cycle ownership from lead generation through deal closure
  • Ability to present both high‑level strategic value propositions and detailed product demonstrations

Education

Bachelor’s degree required. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD/LLB, MA/MS, MEng, etc.) is preferred

Responsibilities

A position is available to sell a range of Moody’s solutions across corporate and government‑owned corporate segments, with a focus on the Turkey region.
  • Drives sales of Data Solutions and KYC offerings for corporate clients by developing strategies, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering client‑focused solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets in alignment with company objectives
  • Lead the Data Solutions and KYC go‑to‑market strategy for named corporate accounts and assigned territories
  • Own and grow the KYC and Data Solutions business within the Corporate Segment
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles through to closure
  • Act as a market and product expert, delivering relevant use cases and strategic guidance throughout the sales process
  • Partner closely with Solution Specialists to develop clear proposals and deliver targeted client demonstrations aligned to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Strategy to ensure successful end‑to‑end sales execution
  • Provide structured feedback to Product Management and Product Strategy to support continuous product improvement and new revenue opportunities
  • Build trusted‑advisor relationships with clients by delivering insightful, client‑specific recommendations grounded in market, product, and technical expertise
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across Moody’s broader portfolio and introduce relevant solutions to clients
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date pipeline and forecast information for management reporting
  • Travel up to 50% as required to support client engagement and business development activities
