Join Palantir’s Korea Business Development team as a Development Strategist to identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities, and to build initial relationships by understanding prospects’ needs and presenting tailored Palantir solutions. You’ll maintain a robust opportunity pipeline with BD and account teams, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance), and help navigate deal blockers through to post-sale handoff to customer success. The role supports achieving customer acquisition and revenue goals across enterprise organisations in Korea and requires 2+ years in business development, consulting, sales, or related fields. Fluency in Korean and English and willingness to travel (25%+) are required.

The Role

Palantir’s Korea Business Development team targets and partners with some of the largest institutions across multiple industries, by helping them solve their most critical challenges and respond to their most important opportunities. Development Strategists play a critical role in helping We’re looking for a Development Strategist to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue goals. In this role, you will work directly with Business Development to expand the Palantir footprint across enterprise organisations in Korea.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through research, analysis and channel management.
  • Build initial relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with business development and account teams to build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring consistent lead conversion.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and finance) to ensure seamless coordination during the sales process.
  • Prepare, review, and manage all required documentation, including contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, and compliance forms, ensuring alignment with customer policies.
  • Address and resolve deal-blocking issues by proactively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the post-sale handoff to customer success and implementation teams, ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills; ability to compellingly articulate Palantir's product offering to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment; develop deep familiarity with Palantir's software platforms and how they can be used to solve a wide range of real-world problems.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
