As a Customer Success Manager for the BTC industry and Mandarin-speaking customers, you will be the primary post-sale contact and trusted advisor. You will drive onboarding, adoption and renewal, ensuring customers realize value from our solutions. You will monitor customer health metrics, gather feedback in Mandarin, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to address issues and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires excellent Mandarin communication and the ability to navigate the blockchain/crypto space to support customers across segments.
