Asesorar y orientar a los clientes y no clientes en el uso del multicajero, vincularlos a través del conocimiento y promoción de la oferta de canales digitales y afiliarlos a los productos Santander, garantizando un servicio de calidad y generando una experiencia única de autoservicio y digital al cliente y no cliente.
