Senior Solution Advisor Specialist

 

To help customers realise the full value of SAP and accelerate their transformation journeys, we are expanding our team with Senior Solution Advisor Specialists. In this role, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal SAP teams to shape solution strategies, deliver impactful experiences, and support revenue growth by aligning SAP innovations with customer needs.

 

What you will do:

 

You will use your senior-level expertise to engage customers early in their journey, understanding their goals and mapping them to SAP’s portfolio to create compelling, differentiated value. With deep business and technical insight, you will influence strategic account direction, advising sales teams on opportunity positioning and helping customers envision meaningful business outcomes.

 

A key focus of this role includes supporting customers across SAP Fieldglass and/or SAP Ariba, helping them understand how these solutions can drive measurable value in their procurement and external workforce processes. Prior experience is welcome, but we are happy to provide training to strong candidates who bring the right mindset and transferable skills.

 

You will craft and deliver powerful stories, demonstrations, and value narratives that resonate with stakeholders up to C-suite level. Your work will build customer trust, support long-term adoption, and ensure world‑class experiences across the customer lifecycle.

 

Tasks will also include:

 

  • Engaging early with customers to understand needs, identify opportunities, and align SAP solutions — including Fieldglass and/or Ariba — with strategic priorities
  • Advising account teams on opportunity viability, customer readiness, and competitive positioning
  • Creating and delivering compelling demonstrations and storytelling assets that showcase SAP’s differentiated outcomes
  • Co‑creating a shared SAP vision with customers and partners, ensuring alignment and buy‑in from all key stakeholders
  • Driving exceptional customer experiences across critical segments to improve adoption, consumption, and value realization
  • Communicating the extended value of SAP solutions throughout the lifecycle to support renewals and expansion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners, contributing to long‑term account success
