As a Technical Account Manager for Enterprise East, you will be the technical advocate and trusted advisor for Shopify's enterprise merchants in the East region. You will partner with sales, solutions engineering, and customer support to ensure successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing technical success, removing blockers and driving platform adoption. You will own post-sale relationships, provide guidance on APIs, integrations and best practices, and represent customer needs to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and renewals.
