Lead transaction banking sales activities in Shanghai and surrounding areas, covering MNC, LC and FI portfolios, and develop both existing and potential pipelines for deposits and trade finance products. Serve as the senior relationship owner for portfolio clients, overseeing pipeline management, global account plans, client service quality, and cross-functional implementation with internal partners worldwide. Drive KPIs and maintain high performance, client-focused solutions while ensuring risk considerations for the company.
1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Implement transaction banking sales activities to cover MNC, LC, FI\u2019s portfolio in the Shanghai and surrounding area, including existing and potential pipelines, for purpose of building up transaction banking businesses including deposit business with Corp, maintain stable deposit base at reasonable cost, and trade finance products for both funded and non-funded products.<\/p>
2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Be ultimately responsible for overall transaction banking relationships with portfolio clients, including new opportunities both onshore and offshore, pipeline management, global account plan, client service quality, implementation, etc.<\/p>
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Build up strong rapport with client\u2019s senior contact, provide consultancy and market intelligence to clients, both for domestic and international transaction banking solutions.<\/p>
4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Be ultimately responsible for KPIs, client relationships and internal counterpart relationships relating to designated portfolio.<\/p>
5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Be senior and independent contact point for internal counterparts, including transaction banking teams across the world and in HQ, relationship managers and bankers, other product partners, internal supporting functions etc., in order to facilitate solution offering and implementation as well as internal cross-selling<\/p>Profile required
1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum bachelor\u2019s degree<\/p>
2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least 10 years sales experience preferable in transaction banking field, in particular deposit businesses.<\/p>
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 English is must; French bank working experience is preferred<\/p>
4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong understanding and connection to the business community in Shanghai and surrounding areas is a must.<\/p>
