Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about leveraging automation and GenAI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

The Team:

A Go-To-Market, lead qualification & development team with a focus on operational excellence. The team specializes in sales development priorities globally and reports under the marketing organization. The GTM team is made up of dynamic, top performers who collaborate closely between growth marketing and product marketing. Our GTM motion is fueled by thoughtful campaigns, in-person/on-line events, advertising, and prospecting initiatives to drive bottom line. And we’re looking for our next key Sales Development Rep to take us to the next level.


Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Channel development- Monitor chat consol and help navigate potential prospects to the respective divisions and sales representative. Monitor inbound sales calls understand the requirement and qualify these enquiries to the respective sales team.

  • Leverage AI to implement best in class practices for sales outreach/ cold calls and emails.

  • Be a part of the marketing operations centre of excellence, working towards mastering the marketing pipeline.

  • Qualification of inbound form fill leads based on BANT criteria.

  • Make qualification/cold calls and send outreach emails to various buying groups of target accounts.

  • The SDR team has a central view of the core marketing operations landscape and will play a critical role in the overall success of the Mobility Global GTM Organization

  • Comfortable using Agentic AI technology (Qualified, Marketo, SFDC, AEM Products)

  • Driven individual with a can do attitude.

  • Humility and willingness to learn.

  • Professional, ethical and fits into the Mobility, people first culture.

  • Flexible to accommodate critical business needs.

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with some experience in sales development/ business development.

  • Business/ marketing/ sales degree (bachelors or masters)

  • Willing to work in the Central European Time (CET/GMT+1)

  • Critical thinking- Ability to think on the go and rapid decision making.

  • Has experience exceeding KPI’s in quota based roles.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in any Asian / European languages.

  • Knowledge on Salesforce, Qualified, ZoomInfo, and SalesLoft.

  • Understanding on Market factors, Automotive Macro economic trends to drive contextual conversations.
