What you’ll do

As an Account Executive for Crypto/Stablecoins, you will leverage your sales and product expertise to drive the growth of Stripe’s stablecoin solutions across various customer segments. Collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and other GTM teams, you will cultivate profound product and industry knowledge to manage complex deals. Your role will be crucial in leading in-depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers, shaping and implementing our market strategy.

You are a skilled sales professional, comfortable with business-level and technical dialogues across diverse organizational tiers. You excel in competitive scenarios, passionately working on products demanding deep understanding and technical acumen. You thrive in client interactions as well as collaboration with internal teams, eager to master your expertise and share insights. An organized self-starter, your excellent communication skills, analytical prowess, and commitment to enhancing processes and organizations define your approach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth, enhance product attachment rates, and acquire new clients among SMBs, startups, and digital-savvy businesses.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan, leading proactive outreach to build a strong, qualified stablecoin pipeline.
  • Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with current and potential stablecoin customers.
  • Attain a deep understanding of the sales process and competitors in the Crypto/Stablecoins space, serving as an expert both internally and to customers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convey customer feedback and insights, informing Stripe’s product roadmap.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies alongside product, marketing, sales, and technical services teams.
  • Collaborate across the organization to tailor Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs.

Who you are

Requirements

  • 8+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company, with a proven high performance record.
  • Experience in establishing trusted advisory relationships with senior business leaders.
  • Proven ability to foster strong collaborative interactions with cross-functional business partners.
  • Independent, proactive approach to driving significant business outcomes.
  • Enthusiastic, hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical requirements and develop solutions engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leading complex negotiations involving customized commercial agreements.
  • Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • True team player always embracing collaboration.
  • A sense of humor is greatly appreciated.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience specifically in selling payments or financial solutions with an interest in crypto and stablecoins.
