A fast-growing Series B B2B SaaS company with ~€6M ARR is looking for an Account Executive with experience selling into Retail in Germany to join its commercial team as it scales across Europe.

The business is building a next-generation software platform helping enterprise and mid-market customers optimise commercial performance through advanced technology and data-driven decision making.

This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, where you will play a key role in converting qualified opportunities, shaping the sales motion, and contributing to the company’s expansion across the DACH region.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to contract signature. Working closely with marketing, product and leadership, you will engage senior stakeholders, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and drive complex B2B SaaS deals to close.

This role offers strong progression potential as the company continues to scale its commercial organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery through to negotiation and closing

  • Deliver consultative sales engagements with senior stakeholders across retail and e-commerce organisations

  • Run tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate the platform’s value proposition

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with senior decision makers

  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure mutually beneficial agreements

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, messaging and go-to-market strategy

Experience Required

  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within retail, e-commerce or data-driven software

  • Experience running consultative sales processes and enterprise deal cycles

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a high-growth environment

  • Fluent German and strong English communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • €60,000 base salary

  • €100,000 OTE
