Front-office role on the Algo Trading team responsible for day-to-day risk management and performance monitoring of the Global Markets algo platform. Collaborate with quants, clients and technology teams to build and maintain reports, analyse algorithmic behaviour, and improve client algo performance. Develop expertise in market microstructure, exchange products, and follow regulatory, compliance and desk policies while contributing to future product requirements and design specifications.

We're looking for someone like that to: work within the Algo Trading team, responsible for the day-to-day risk management of the Global Markets Algo platform. • work with Quants to build, analyse, maintain, and manage the reports necessary for monitoring and improving client algo performance. • build their knowledge of the platform to become an expert in Algorithmic behaviour. • develop a strong understanding about market microstructure and the exchange side products. • develop and follow regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, limits, and guidelines. • work with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and technology, to develop future product requirements and detailed design specifications.
