Senior Sales Account Executive for Unity CN Sales, focusing on mobile advertising. You will define and deliver sales strategies to expand Unity's business with major gaming and non-gaming clients. You will prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close revenue-generating partnerships, develop strategic plans to penetrate new verticals, and collaborate cross-functionally with advertisers, publishers, and internal teams. This role reports to the Lead of Account Executive within the Unity Grow CN Sales team and requires strong cross-cultural communication.
The opportunity
We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our CN Sales team, focusing on mobile advertising.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering sales strategies as we expand our business with major industry clients in both the gaming and non-gaming sectors.
Reporting to the Lead of Account Executive within the Unity Grow CN Sales team, you will work both autonomously and in close collaboration with key internal and external contributors to successfully implement these strategies.
What you'll be doing
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close revenue-generating partnerships;
- Generate strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and obtain new clients;
- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new partnership opportunities, aligned with both advertiser, publisher and company objectives;
- Identify market trends and understand client business goals to help determine ideal solutions and new products;
- Work collaboratively with an international team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
What we're looking for
- Field-based resource especially in gaming and non-gaming apps for global market;
- Experience in gaming industry or mobile ads;
- Capability to work with cross teams and push forward internal communication;
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently;
- Bachelor degree or above.
You might also have
- Expertise in strategic selling structures, pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning;
- Ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a fast paced environment;
- Consistent track record to structure, develop and complete strategic agreements.
