Senior Regional Sales Director responsible for leading regional sales strategy and execution across Florida to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. The role entails building and managing relationships with key clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring attainment of regional targets. Compensation includes a base salary with discretionary annual bonus and/or commission-based incentives, along with a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental and vision coverage, employer-paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) and profit sharing, PTO, parental leave, and additional voluntary benefits).

This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance) and/or commission-based incentives.
