Accenture Flex is seeking an AI/ML engineer to rapidly build and iterate on working application prototypes with strong UI/frontend components and GenAI capabilities. The role involves developing and embedding GenAI features (agent assist, workflow copilots, AI-assisted experiences), partnering with stakeholders, and turning early concepts into demo-ready experiences. It requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in Charlotte, NC, with a policy of 5 days of mandatory time away every quarter.

Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly build and iterate on working application prototypes with strong UI/frontend components.
Develop and embed GenAI capabilities (agent assist, workflow copilots, AI‑assisted experiences).
Partner directly with stakeholders and demo concepts to leadership.
Transform early concepts into clickable, demo‑ready experiences.
Operate as a horizontal enabler outside typical scrum processes.
This role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in Charlotte, NC.
Client has Mandatory Time Away - 5 days Every Quarter.
