The ServiceNow UI/UX Designer designs intuitive, user-centered experiences across the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with platform architects, developers, and process owners to translate business requirements into scalable and accessible user experiences. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end experiences for ServiceNow applications, portals, and workflows (Now Experience UI Framework, Service Portal, and Workspace), creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications aligned with UI standards. Apply human-centered design to improve usability and accessibility, conduct user research and usability testing, ensure branding and accessibility (WCAG), and maintain UX documentation and design libraries. Travel may be required (0-100% depending on business needs).

You Are
The ServiceNow UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences across the ServiceNow platform. This role partners closely with platform architects, developers, and process owners to translate business requirements into seamless, scalable, and accessible user experiences that drive adoption and efficiency.
The Work
Design end-to-end user experiences for ServiceNow applications, portals, and workflows, including Now Experience UI Framework, Service Portal, and Workspace experiences.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications aligned with ServiceNow UI standards and best practices.
Apply human-centered design principles to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
Collaborate with Platform Architects, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with platform capabilities.
Leverage UI Builder and UX Framework components to create consistent, reusable design patterns.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate and refine designs.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow branding, design system standards, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
Support continuous improvement by identifying UX pain points and recommending enhancements.
Contribute to and maintain UX documentation, design libraries, and style guides.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
