Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, cross-platform customer journeys by translating complex API logic into clear and intuitive UI experiences.
• Support Sales and partner acquisition by creating high-fidelity demos and vision prototypes that showcase our white-label capabilities.
• Contribute to modular, configuration-led design frameworks that allow new insurance products to be launched efficiently.
• Help evolve consistent interaction patterns (quoting, payment, claims) across all insurance verticals.
• Maintain and improve the Design Library and ensure new components align with accessibility and compliance standards.

Bring to the Team

• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design beyond single screens, considering states, edge cases, and underlying data logic.
• Technical literacy with the ability to read API documentation (e.g., JSON), understand integration constraints, and collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, variables, tokens, and scalable design systems.
• Structured communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset, with openness to feedback and motivation to deepen platform and architectural thinking.
