Quality Assurance Engineer on Amazon Leo's founding Commerce team in India, focused on building quality solutions for critical commerce systems used globally. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative QAE to be part of our founding Amazon Leo Commerce team in India. This role will be instrumental in establishing and growing our presence in the region, while developing quality solutions for our critical commerce systems for Amazon Leo's global operations.

Export Control Requirement: This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulation

• Actively participate in overall product strategy and UI presentation.
• Design and implement quality and testing solutions for our feature roll outs
• Partners with AWS, retail e-commerce, networking, and security engineering teams.
• Be involved in every aspect of the UI for new features – from idea generation, exploring different design/testing options, and technical analysis using the latest technologies and design patterns.
• Collaborate with Software Development Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Have you wanted an opportunity to develop software applications and services for an advanced global telecom service? This role is for a QAE who will design, build, and maintain testing components and services of Amazon Leo's Commerce Systems and interact with the core e-commerce and Amazon Leo network teams.

About the team
Our team owns developing the architecture, solutions & roadmap for managing the global customer lifecycle for telecom commerce services; for example, identity and account management, subscriber management services, user provisioning, billing and payments, customer and technical support tools, offer management tools, and customer metrics and analytics.

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in API & Mobile testing
- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
