An entry-level UX Designer role within Amazon's EU INTech PGX, focused on delivering thoughtful, usable software interfaces and experiences. You will design UI architecture, wireframes, visual mockups, prototypes, and detailed design patterns driven by business requirements, user research, and usability findings. Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to plan projects and advocate for design, communicating design rationales to internal stakeholders and Amazon customers. The role requires proactive creativity, flexibility, resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, with 1+ years of design experience.

The EU International Technology (EU INTech) charter for Partner Growth and Experiences (PGX) is established to deliver coherent and personalized experiences for Selling Partners (SP) and Amazon teams, enabling them to manage their business growth across Amazon WW stores as a single-store experience, benefiting Amazon customers by accelerating Amazon flywheel. Our mission is to delight Customers and enable long-term success of Selling Partners by building the most trusted shopping experiences and a suite of services, tools and experiences that drive efficiency, growth and transparency for both, our Selling Partners and internal Retail teams, throughout their selling journey and across regions.

As a UX Design you will contribute to product vision and collaborate with a team that defines and designs user interfaces, systems, and interaction, visual, motion, and voice design patterns. You must be proactive, creative, flexible, resilient, and able to handle high levels of ambiguity.

• Design thoughtful, beautiful, and useful software user interfaces and experiences in a team environment.
• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
• Use business requirements, user and market research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
• Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes.
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
• Work with program managers to plan projects for effective delivery while maintaining high standards for design.
• Be a passionate and effective advocate for design with non-design audiences.
• Write effectively to communicate design rationales and benefits to Amazon customers.
