As a UX Writer/Content Designer at Capgemini, you will create clear, user-centered bilingual UX content (English and Arabic) across web, mobile apps, and service platforms. Job Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and maintain high-quality UX content across digital products, including web, mobile apps, and service platforms in both English and Arabic
  • Create clear, concise, and user-centered microcopy, including labels, buttons, tooltips, notifications, onboarding flows, and error messages
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content aligns with user journeys, design systems, and product goals
  • Contribute to and work within established content style guides, voice and tone systems, and bilingual content standards
  • Ensure all content is culturally relevant, accessible, inclusive, and aligned with localization best practices
  • Participate in design reviews, content workshops, and usability testing to validate and refine content solutions
  • Maintain consistent terminology and messaging across all digital touchpoints, ensuring coherence within the design system
  • Support continuous improvements to the client’s content strategy by identifying gaps, simplifying complex interactions, and providing UX writing recommendations
  • Use tools such as Figma, Ditto, Frontitude, or Lokalise to collaborate, manage, and deliver content efficiently
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets technical, business, and user experience requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in UX writing, content design, digital copywriting, or related fields
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused content across digital products (web, mobile, or conversational interfaces)
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design basics
  • Experience creating microcopy, onboarding content, error states, and transactional messaging
  • Ability to adjust tone of voice and writing style for different audiences and contexts
  • Experience working with design systems, pattern libraries, and reusable content components
  • Strong collaboration skills, working closely with designers, PMs, engineers, and localization teams
  • Familiarity with localization workflows and cultural considerations for bilingual content
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive language requirements
  • Experience in government services, fintech, or B2C digital product environments is preferred
  • Proficient in tools such as Figma, and content platforms like Ditto, Frontitude, or Lokalise
