Capgemini’s flagship innovation hub in Silicon Valley, focused on turning ideas into business impact through emerging technologies like AI and intelligent systems. The Guadalajara team works closely with San Francisco on client engagements, research, and design.
Role Overview:
A designer who brings innovation to life through compelling visuals. Responsible for transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging presentations, graphics, and video content. Collaborates daily with the San Francisco team to communicate innovation effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality presentations (PowerPoint, Figma).
Create visual assets for events, LinkedIn Live, videos, and thought leadership.
Produce and edit short-form video content.
Collaborate with strategists and researchers.
Maintain visual consistency and evolve brand expression.
Contribute to creative ideation sessions.
Required Experience & Skills:
3–5 years in visual/presentation/multimedia design.
Strong portfolio in executive-level presentations and storytelling.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong sense of composition, typography, and narrative flow.
Ability to deliver creative work under tight deadlines.
Interest in visualizing emerging tech topics (especially AI).
Collaborative and open to feedback and learning.
