Lead UI/UX Engineer to design and build high-performance, real-time dashboards and user interfaces for a leading systematic fund in the UAE. You will lead the design and development of sleek, responsive UIs using React and TypeScript, collaborating closely with traders and strategy developers to ensure seamless backend integration. The role focuses on building data-driven, real-time execution monitoring interfaces with attention to usability and performance. Full relocation support to the UAE is offered and total compensation can be up to $300k TC.

Role: Lead UI/UX role, leading the design and development high-performance dashboards and user interfaces for real-time execution monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sleek, responsive UIs and dashboards for the execution team.
- Collaborate with traders and strategy developers to ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
- Build real-time data-driven interfaces, focusing on user-friendly and efficient design.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience building interfaces and dashboards for front-office or trading teams.
- Strong understanding of real-time data systems and their complexities.
- Bonus: Experience integrating frontend systems with backend trading systems.
- Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
