Acts as a pragmatic UX researcher running mixed-methods studies to evaluate user interactions with traditional and AI-enabled features, focusing on human-AI interaction, trust, and mental models. Translates research findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable hypotheses for product teams. Designs and executes remote and in-person usability studies and moderated/unmoderated tests, partnering with product managers and designers on discovery, validation, and prioritization. Synthesizes data into artifacts such as reports, personas, journey maps, opportunity areas and research repositories, and uses analytics to measure the impact of design changes.

Your key responsibilities  
A pragmatic researcher who runs mixed-methods studies to evaluate users’ interactions with both traditional and AI-enabled features. Focus on human-AI interaction, trust, mental models, and measurable product outcomes driven by model behaviour. 

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and run qualitative and quantitative research: user interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, card sorts, tree tests, and contextual inquiries. 
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable hypotheses for product teams. 
  • Design and execute remote and in-person usability studies and moderated/unmoderated tests. 
  • Partner with product managers and designers on discovery, feature validation, and prioritization. 
  • Synthesize data into artifacts: research reports, personas and profiles, journey maps, opportunity areas and research repositories. 
  • Use analytics (adobe analytics and customer journey analytics) to complement qualitative findings and measure impact of design changes. 
  • Evangelize user-centered practices and mentor others in basic research methods. 

  To qualify for the role you must have  

  • 3–5 years professional UX/research experience in product teams or agencies. 
  • Demonstrated competence in mixed-methods research and study design. 
  • Experience running remote and moderated usability tests and building recruitment screener criteria. 
  • Strong synthesis skills: turning raw data into concise insights and recommendations. 
  • Familiar with analytics tools and comfortable with basic quantitative analysis. 
  • Comfortable using LLMs and generative tools to support research (e.g., rapid analysis, stimulus generation) while understanding limitations. 
  • Skilled communicator with ability to present findings to executives and cross-functional teams. 

Nice-to-have

  • Experience prioritizing research backlog and establishing research ROI. 
  • B2B Domain experience.
