As a User Experience Designer (Vice President) on the Asset Management User Design team you will focus on Alternative Investments applications, designing end-to-end experiences for sophisticated financial professionals. You will execute the full user-centered design process — research, ideation, design, prototyping, and validation — to deliver high-fidelity mockups and rapid prototypes. The role requires close collaboration with product owners, engineers, and UI developers across geographies and contributing to the design system. You will solve complex, data-rich enterprise problems and help ensure quality implementation.

Job summary:
As a User Experience Designer – Vice President on the Asset Management User Design team you will focus on Alternative Investments applications. You will play a critical role in the delivery of powerful, user-friendly products for sophisticated financial service professionals. You'll work with cross-functional partners and collaborate with a highly skilled (and friendly!) design team. You will design end-to-end experiences in a suite of high-impact applications and solve complex problems through user-centered design. You will execute the full range of user research and design activities, from discovery through validation. You will contribute to our collaborative culture by sharing ideas, asking great questions, and bringing creativity to your work every day
Job responsibilities
- Execute the full user-centered design process: research, ideation, design, and refinement
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product owners and engineers across multiple geographies and time zones
- Deliver design solutions grounded in validated user needs—clarify user journeys, create high-fidelity mockups, and build rapid prototypes
- Collaborate closely with UI developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
- Apply and contribute to our design system and standard interaction patterns
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- 5+ years as an Experience Designer in a product or agency environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX, HCI, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Track record working with agile development teams
- Experience designing enterprise applications or complex, data-rich products
- Experience designing for financial services strongly preferred
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Strong capabilities across multiple experience design disciplines: user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience working within design systems
- Familiarity with research tools such as Maze
