The Business Analysis Associate II will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and InfoPath forms while leading the migration from legacy SharePoint/InfoPath to modern solutions. You will research and implement form/workflow solutions, collaborate with application owners and subject matter experts, and oversee day-to-day migration activities. The role requires strong SharePoint, Power Platform, HTML and graphic/visual communication skills to support executive storytelling and decision-making. You will work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, driving process improvements and ensuring timely project delivery.

- Develop SharePoint sites and forms for the organization, prioritizing the evolution of business tools.Research and identify solutions for redeveloping business-critical forms.Collaborate with application owners and subject matter experts to explore the most effective long-term solutions ensuring our business needs are met both now and in the future.Oversee the day-to-day aspects of the SharePoint/InfoPath migration, as well as employees assisting with the migration efforts, in a non-supervisory capacity.Support timely project delivery and mitigate coverage gaps that could impact operational efficiency and client service.Identify process improvements, collaborating cross-functionally to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive the successful implementation of business strategies.Prepare and deliver clear, compelling written and visual communications using PowerPoint and SharePoint Online to support executive decision-making and storytelling.Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate potential scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions that have a direct impact on departmental outcomes.Work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop SharePoint sites and InfoPath forms, showcasing expertise equivalent to 3+ years of experience.Proficient in SharePoint (on-premises and Online), InfoPath, Power Platform, HTML, and similar tools.Excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills, with experience using PowerPoint.Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration, with experience working with diverse teams across an organization.Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Advanced strategic thinking skills, with a track record of evaluating potential scenarios, assessing risks, and making informed decisions.Experienced in managing large-scale projects with minimal oversight.Strong graphic design skills in a professional setting, showcasing expertise equivalent to 3+ years of experience.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experienced in integrating forms and workflows with various data sources (e.g., SharePoint lists, Tableau).Curious about the "why" behind problems, with an energetic, team-oriented approach.Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk.Eager to drive change and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Able to contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team initiatives.Proficient in using software applications, digital platforms, and technological tools to solve problems and improve processes.Capable of leveraging available tools, including knowledge of Consumer Feedback, Communications, & Governance Horizontal Support development, to uncover business trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
