As a Content Design Senior Associate in the Open Banking team within Connected Commerce, you will plan, create, and structure product content within a UX framework and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure narrative consistency. You will develop content strategies, taxonomies, and governance, measure content performance, and present strategy and recommendations to senior design leadership.

- Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, ensuring align with user experience principles and business objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly content that is cohesive and intuitive for a diverse audienceCreate content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvementAdopt brand voice to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that communicates complex concepts effectively to diverse audiencesAnalyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement of user experiencesUse and actively contribute to content systems (standards, voice and tone, messaging, and accessibility libraries)Present work and articulate strategy and content decisions to senior design leadershipLead adherence in content governance and approvals processWork with company-wide content design team to improve UX and ensure consistency across Chase channels and experiencesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience in content design, or equivalent expertise in editing, and writing - with a focus on digital products and platformsExperience in creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear and concise writingDemonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly contentExperience with iterative design techniques, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvementProficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding their impact on user experienceAdaptive learner in new financial services products and offeringsFamiliarity with organizational content compliance processes and tools, including legal and accessibility reviews, Agile methodology and JiraStrong information communication and visualization capabilities to effectively convey multi-touchpoint systems, opportunities, and future-state vision to executive stakeholdersPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior experience working in a cross-functional design team working with Design, Research, and Data & Analytics in an Agile environmentKnowledge of Open Banking, APIs, Data Sharing, and/or Security and PrivacyFamiliarity with using AI tools (Co-pilot, LLM) to complete content design tasks, as well as daily tasks
