As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Operations team, you will leverage your advanced knowledge of experience design principles to create innovative, inclusive, and accessible solutions for a diverse range of users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals, driving continuous improvement and strategic thinking in our offerings.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms
  • Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to enhance navigation and user satisfaction
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform information into valuable insights
  • Collaborate with teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines
  • Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback to improve user experience
  • Assist in analyzing market trends, user research, and behavior to inform design and strategy
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Three years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to digital products and services
  • Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels
  • Experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for decision-making
  • Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a large corporate environment
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience designing solutions for internal tools or expert users
  • Experience in an Agile environment and collaboration with product, technology, and data partners
  • Design inclusive, user-centric digital experiences in financial services as a key member of our Operations team.
