- 5+ years of experience in user experience design or a related field, or equivalent expertise.Deep expertise in Salesforce products, especially Sales Cloud, with hands-on experience designing sales solutions such as Forecasting, Sales Cloud Homepages, Chat experiences, and lead prospecting.Strong knowledge and implementation experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System.Proven ability to create visual representations of user journeys, including storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.Demonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility, with a track record of incorporating diverse perspectives and abilities into design solutions.Ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed initial product proposals, including driving transformational innovation strategies and creating 'north star' visions to guide customer-centric decisions.Advanced technical literacy, including a strong understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and technology stack components and their impact on user experience.Experience collaborating with product teams to build vision and presenting solutions to executive leadership.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
