- 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Adobe Experience Manager or other content management systems
- A data-driven approach, with a basic understanding of web performance and customer engagement metrics
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into user stories and technical requirements
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver digital solutions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, technical aptitude, and critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- An awareness of risk, particularly within regulated industries
- Self-motivation and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
