SAP is seeking a seasoned Senior UX designer for Deal Execution on a maternity cover. The role requires navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and championing user needs across enterprise initiatives. You will conduct UX audits, translate research into actionable insights, influence cross-functional teams, and design end-to-end workflows and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, while managing deliverables and timelines. The position sits within SAP's UX & Design Standards team supporting Sales/CRM-related experiences.

What You'll Build


This role demands more than design skills as you'll navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and balance competing priorities while championing user needs across our organization. 

 

Your mission: 

 

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify problems, align priorities, and shape UX strategy balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints 

  • Conduct UX audits and expert reviews, delivering compelling reports that drive decisions 

  • Influence cross-functional teams and advocate for users throughout the product lifecycle 

  • Plan and execute user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and translate findings into actionable insights 

  • Design end-to-end workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma sticking to design principles 

  • Facilitate collaborative workshops to drive ideation and alignment 

  • Manage UX deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across complex initiatives 

 

What You Bring 

 

  • 5+ years of UX consultancy or product design experience in complex enterprise environments 

  • Strong stakeholder management with confidence in presenting findings, leading discussions, and influencing decisions 

  • Solid research expertise across methodologies  

  • Figma proficiency for prototyping and design systems 

  • Excellent facilitation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly 

  • Problem-solving mindset with proven ability to prioritize and manage timelines 

  • Nice to Have would be experience with CRM systems and sales processes (Opportunity-to-Contract cycle)
