Join us as a UX Researcher in SAP Ariba Procurement and help shape the future of our products. You’ll work in a creative, collaborative team and lead exciting UX research activities. Your insights will help teams better understand users and make confident product decisions. You’ll use both qualitative and quantitative research methods to connect real user needs with business and product goals. Together, we create user-focused solutions in a culture that celebrates innovation, inclusion, and flexibility.

what you'll do:

  • Lead UX research initiatives for the Ariba Procurement product
  • Work closely with designers and product managers to plan and run research
  • Identify research opportunities to improve the product experience
  • Collect meaningful user insights across the full product lifecycle
  • Ensure research findings directly influence product and design decisions
  • Create clear research plans, studies, and reports for stakeholders
  • Support teams in using user-centered design and research in their work
  • Promote UX research best practices and help improve research processes and methods

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Business, or Cultural Studies)
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Should be comfortable using AI tools for research
  • Experience working with users and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proactive, takes ownership, and works toward solutions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Procurement, Ariba, or Program Management is a plus
