Join SAP's global UX & Design team to shape the UX strategy for Agentic AI and prepare SAP experiences for the future. You will collaborate with designers across SAP's Customer and Partner Organization to drive end-to-end design processes from discovery to implementation. Create wireframes, user flows, interaction concepts, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, applying Joule design principles to ensure consistency across features. Validate concepts with users and iterate based on feedback while partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and fellow designers to champion user needs and maintain comprehensive design documentation.

Help us pioneer the UX strategy for Agentic AI and prepare SAP's experiences for the future. You'll collaborate within our dedicated User Experience Team alongside designers across SAP's Customer and Partner Organisation.
Mission

Drive innovative concepts that transform complex enterprise challenges through intelligent AI usage

Engage in end-to-end design processes from discovery to implementation

Create wireframes, user flows, interaction concepts, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma

Apply Joule design principles to ensure consistency across features

Validate concepts with users and iterate based on feedback

Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and fellow designers to champion user needs within the agentic AI ecosystem

Maintain comprehensive design documentation for consistency across products
What You Bring
-
2+ years designing complex software solutions with a portfolio showcasing simplified, user-centered outcomes
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Digital Product Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles

Strong user empathy with the ability to balance user needs and business objectives

Hands-on experience implementing and working within design systems

Proactive collaboration skills to communicate design decisions effectively across functions

Eager to learn new tools, methods, and embrace teamwork

Fluent English (written and spoken)
