Join SAP as a Working Student supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) while leveraging your graphic design background. You will assist with tracking project progress, coordinating meetings, and facilitating cross-team communication, while creating visually compelling infographics, presentations, and materials to simplify complex information. These deliverables will support decision-making and PMO objectives. The role is based in Walldorf/St. Leon Rot and is a paid working student position.

What you'll build

 

  • We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a key support for our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you'll be instrumental in assisting with project management activities while utilizing your expertise in graphic design to create engaging materials
  • Your primary focus will be on supporting the PMO in tracking project progress, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication across teams. Simultaneously, you'll employ your graphic design skills to develop visually compelling infographics, presentations, and other materials that simplify complex information and support decision-making processes

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Design, Visual Communication, Media Production, or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management principles and methodologies, with an interest or experience in supporting PMO activities
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing software like Premiere Pro or After Effects
  • Experience in creating infographics, visual assets, and branding materials that support project management objectives and enhance team communication
  • The ability to apply these skills to enrich PMO deliverables
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics is a bonus that can be utilized in PMO presentations and communications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality results, with a focus on supporting the PMO's strategic goals
  • Working from Walldorf/St.Leon Rot office is required
