• This role will be belong to the growth department, responsible for user growth metrics; 所属增长部门，为用户增长指标负责
• Responsible for exploring various growth opportunities in the exchange field and responsible for expanding user growth promotion channels; 善于钻研交易所领域的各种增长机会，负责拓展用户增长推广渠道
• Maintain strong channel cooperation support and processes, and enhance channel growth dimension; increase channel output, and coordinate and solve various problems in the process; 维护渠道良好的合作关系，能够站在增长维度给予渠道运营支持，帮助渠道产量提升，协调解决合作过程中的各种问题
• According to the market situation and company strategy, complete the established performance indicators assigned by the team; 根据市场情况和公司策略，完成团队下达的既定的业绩指标
• Actively participate in various industry activities, pay attention to user growth opportunities, and continuously explore new cooperation resources; 积极参与各类行业活动，关注用户增长机会，持续挖掘新的合作资源

Requirements 岗位要求

• 3 years experience in Internet product growth or channel development, experience in blockchain, finance, Internet product user growth or channel development is preferred; 有3年的互联网产品增长或增长渠道拓展经验，有区块链，金融，互联网产品的用户增长或者渠道拓展经验优先
• Good at listening to customer needs, always look for user growth solutions from the perspective of user growth and channel operation; 善于倾听客户需求，时刻站在用户增长和渠道运营角度去寻找用户增长解决方案
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; 熟悉中英文，了解中文市场
• Strong self-driven mindset, strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure and strong cross-department coordination ability; 自驱力强，有责任心，抗压能力强，有较强的跨部门协调能力
