The role involves analyzing market trends in Web3, developing and executing business development plans to drive product growth, and building and maintaining partner relationships. You will plan and manage Web3 wallet projects, translate BD terms into operational plans with cross-team coordination, and monitor wallet performance to optimize user experience.

Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and data in the Web3 space
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive product growth
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, gather feedback
- Plan and manage Web3 wallet projects to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate with teams to translate BD terms into operational plans
- Monitor wallet performance and optimize user experience
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Web3 business development and campaign operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Solid understanding of blockchain and Web3 wallet ecosystem
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, adaptable to fast-paced environments
