Join the Binance Wallet team to own and optimize the Referral program and its performance analytics. Maintain and grow relationships with KOLs, traders, and community partners, including onboarding and incentive alignment. Analyze user issues, trading data, and rebate performance to improve incentives and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and KOL-led initiatives.
The Binance Wallet team is building a decentralized version of Binance, featuring on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, and decentralized Earn and more. We empower users with full control over their assets for seamless token trading across any blockchain. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve assigned KPIs
- Own and manage the Referral program operations, including performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous optimization
- Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, traders, and community partners, including onboarding, communication, performance follow-up, and incentive alignment
- Analysis of issues faced by users and propose solutions
- Investigate business and user demands (trading behavior, referral performance, KOL feedback) and propose scalable solutions and implementation plans
- Analyze user feedback, trading data, and rebate performance to identify issues, optimize incentive mechanisms, and improve user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, including trading competitions, referral promotions, and KOL-led initiatives
- Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries
- Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learner
- Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability
