Join Binance as a Senior Backend & Web3 Developer/Leader focusing on Stablecoins. You will build and optimize DApps and smart contracts across multi-chain environments, collaborate with frontend, product, and security teams, and drive scalable backend services. You will review code, write tests, and promote security best practices while staying up-to-date with blockchain developments. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance DApps and smart contracts to support a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers to deliver high-quality decentralized applications.
- Optimize backend services for scalability, reliability, and performance in a multi-chain environment.
- Conduct code reviews, write comprehensive tests, and ensure best practices in security and blockchain development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Java.
- Solid hands-on experience with smart contract development using Solidity and Rust (or Move).
- Deep understanding of blockchain concepts, smart contract security, token standards on different mainstream blockchains.
- Experience of designing architecture of decentralized applications (DApps).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiar with the principle of mainstream Defi apps like Aave, Uniswap Jupiter, and Radium.
- Familiar with the principle of mainstream Crosschain protocols like CCIP, CCTP and circle gateway.
- Familiar with mainstream AI tools like claude code and used to Agentic coding.
- Good spoken English is required - To coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
