Binance is seeking a high-ownership Web Product Manager to lead large, system-wide crypto initiatives and AI-driven programs from concept to scale. You will define product architecture, turn ambiguous problems into executable plans, and drive cross-team delivery with measurable impact. This role focuses on scalable, end-to-end web product strategy and AI-enabled capabilities, spanning engineering, data/ML, and design teams to deliver impact.

We’re looking for a high-ownership Web Product Manager who can lead large, system-wide crypto initiatives and AI-driven programs from concept to scale. You will define product architecture, turn ambiguous problems into executable plans, and drive cross-team delivery with measurable impact. This role is for someone who ships scalable mechanisms—not one-off small requests.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Web product strategy, roadmap, PRD, and phased delivery for system-level initiatives.
- Lead AI-enabled product capabilities (recommendation, ranking, LLM workflows): define inputs/outputs, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Build KPI loops: instrumentation, A/B testing, iteration, and impact reporting.
- Drive execution across Engineering, Data/ML, Design, and key stakeholders; manage risks and dependencies.
Requirements
- 5+ years PM experience; strong Web product background.
- Solid crypto knowledge (trading basics, risk signals, user behavior).
- Proven track record leading large, cross-team products (not just small feature iterations).
- Strong system design + decomposition ability; detail-oriented execution.
- AI literacy and/or experience shipping AI/ML features (LLM/recs/ranking) is required or a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Built personalization/recommendation or analytics dashboards.
- Experience with compliance/risk constraints in financial products.
