Binance is hiring a Web3 Earn Product Operations Specialist to manage wallet protocol launches, maintain daily product operations, and conduct acceptance testing for new products. The role involves collaborating with project teams to build campaign products that meet Web3 Wallet Earn requirements, defining standards, requirements, and tracking progress. It also includes on-chain product research to identify earning opportunities and due diligence and fund monitoring for on-chain projects, with English fluency required to coordinate with overseas teams.

Responsibilities:
- Basic Product Operations: Manage wallet protocol launches and decommissions, perform daily product maintenance, and conduct acceptance testing for new products.
- Booster Earn Product Operations: Collaborate with project teams to build campaign products that meet Web3 Wallet Earn requirements; skilled in setting standards, defining requirements, and tracking progress.
- On-chain Product Research: Continuously explore new on-chain earning opportunities and propose product solutions to integrate them into the wallet Earn product ecosystem.
- Due diligence and fund monitoring in On-chain Projects.
Requirements:
- Must have deep involvement in on-chain DeFi earning projects, understand on-chain product mechanisms, and be capable of conducting in-depth research and audits of on-chain projects.
- Should possess both product thinking and operational mindset, with the ability to drive improvements in user experience. (Priority given to candidates with experience as on-chain DeFi product managers.)
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas project teams.
