About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and knowledgeable Web3 Product Manager with deep expertise in crypto launch mechanisms and a strong interest in AI-driven trading strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping innovative products in the blockchain space, with hands-on experience in building activity-based platforms and a strong understanding of user behavior and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Optimize Crypto Launch Mechanisms

• Deeply understand the logic and flow of major token launch products such as Megadrop, Launchpool, etc.
• Design or iterate on launch participation flows with a user-centric mindset, improving engagement and incentive mechanisms.
• Drive end-to-end product development or operations for token launch events.

Build Activity-based Products from Scratch

• Independently design key functional modules including sign-up flows, task systems, voucher/reward distribution, and risk control.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, and design teams to rapidly launch and iterate products.
• Optimize user conversion funnels and drive growth through targeted feature development.

Drive Innovation with AI Integration

• Participate in or lead AI-related product development, including data analytics, intelligent recommendations, or strategy generation.
• Understand on-chain data structures and sources; explore ways to integrate blockchain data with AI models for actionable insights or trading strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in crypto product design or operations, especially in token launch projects.
• Ability to independently manage complex product modules and ship from 0 to 1.
• Solid understanding of user growth mechanics and conversion strategies.
• Strong interest or experience in AI-related products, preferably in the trading or analytics space.
• Knowledge of on-chain data structures and mainstream blockchain data sources.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate across functions.
• Chinese language is a must

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with Web3 user personas and behavioral patterns.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other data tools.
• Strong English reading ability, especially for technical documentation, whitepapers, and community forums.
