We are seeking a Wallet Operations Intern to perform the operational tasks for exchange wallets, with a focus on careful, conscientious work. The role covers token and network management, deposit/withdrawal oversight, and data analysis, as well as resolving wallet issues by coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams. Candidates should be studying Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related fields and have familiarity with blockchain, DeFi/Web3, and cryptocurrency wallets/exchanges. The position emphasizes meticulous execution of routine operational tasks.
We are seeking a Wallet Operations Intern to execute the operational work of exchange wallets. This role requires the candidate to do basic work and is conscientious, responsible and meticulous.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Token and network management, including new token configuration, risk identification, token delist and other related work.
2. Deposit and withdrawal management, including suspension and resumption, congestion, network confirmation, address and memo format.
3. Operation data analysis, including daily and weekly reports, and other data analytical reports.
4. Resolve wallet issues by engaging with stakeholders and internal teams.
Key Requirements:
1. Majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance etc.
2. Familiar with blockchain technology, smart contracts, or DeFi / Web 3 projects.
3. Have using experience with cryptocurrency wallets and exchanges.
4. Work carefully and conscientiously, and can complete operational work meticulously.
