岗位职责 (Key Responsibilities):

1. Token and network management, including new token configuration, risk identification, token delist and other related work.

2. Deposit and withdrawal management, including suspension and resumption, congestion, network confirmation, address and memo format.

3. Wallet balance and fee management, including wallet balance supplement, fee profit monitoring and adjustment.

4. Operational tools construction, including data analysis dashboard, operation backend tools, monitoring and alarm.

5. Operation status diagnosis, including daily and weekly reports, and other data analytical reports.

6. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement robust security measures to protect digital assets and user information.

7. Resolve wallet issues by engaging with stakeholders and internal teams.

8. Address business needs by offering comprehensive solutions and overseeing implementation.

任职要求 (Key Requirements):

1. 3-7 years of experience in relevant field with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology etc.

2. In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web 3 projects.

3. Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and trading platforms.

4. Proven track record in managing digital asset operations, including custody, transaction processing, and security protocols.

5. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

6. Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven, and quick-learner.

7. Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability to work under pressure.
