The Growth Operations Manager will sit at the intersection of Business Development and Community to drive on-chain adoption for OKX Web3 products in Türkiye. You will identify, onboard, and manage high-impact KOLs and content creators, build and energize the local Web3 community, and localize campaigns to resonate with Turkish DeFi/NFT culture. Responsibilities include supporting the go-to-market strategy to increase wallet connections, DApp usage, and on-chain volume, as well as hosting spaces and educational content to simplify Web3 concepts for new users. You will act as a bridge between Turkish users and the global product team, gathering feedback to improve the OKX Wallet experience.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly connected, crypto-native Web3 Growth Manager to join our Strategic Markets Team in Türkiye.

This is a hybrid role for a builder who sits at the intersection of Business Development and Community. You will be the operational mind behind OKX’s Web3 products in the region. Your mission is to drive on-chain adoption by acquiring and managing high-impact Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) while simultaneously nurturing a vibrant, educated community of Web3 users.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive Web3 Adoption: Assist in the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for OKX Web3 products in Turkey to increase wallet connections, DApp usage, and on-chain volume.
KOL Acquisition & BD: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard top-tier Web3 KOLs, influencers, and content creators in Turkey. Manage these relationships to ensure high-quality content output and advocacy.
Community Building: Build and energize the local Web3 community (Twitter and Telegram). Host spaces, AMAs, and online events to drive engagement and retention.
Education: Create or coordinate educational content that simplifies Web3 concepts (DeFi, bridging, staking) to lower the barrier to entry for new users.
Localization & Campaigns: Adapt global Web3 campaigns for the Turkish market and initiate local campaigns that resonate with the local DeFi/NFT culture.
Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between Turkish users and the global product team; gather feedback to improve the OKX Wallet experience.

What We Look For In You

3-5 years of experience in Growth, Partnerships/BD, or Community Management, with at least 1–2 years specifically in the Web3/Crypto space.
Deep understanding of on-chain mechanics. You should be an active user of DeFi protocols and self-custody wallets.
Proven track record of working with crypto influencers or a strong existing network within the Turkish crypto ecosystem.
Proficient in data analysis; able to translate numbers into clear action items.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; taking ownership and moving projects forward.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Resident of Turkiye.
Fluency in English and Turkish will be required as the role involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders based in Turkiye.
