Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for OKX's on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes, balancing user needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. Stay abreast of cryptocurrency and blockchain developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in on-chain transactions. Conduct competitor and user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to uncover pain points and areas for improvement in the on-chain flow. Define clear product requirements and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering and design to deliver a secure, intuitive deposit/withdrawal experience and monitor key performance metrics.

About the Opportunity
The Asset Team strives to deliver a top-tier asset management experience to users in OKX. With a focus on user satisfaction, the team is responsible for key functionalities of crypto funding movement, portfolio management & asset transparency. By continuously refining and enhancing these core aspects, the Asset Team aims to provide customers with an exceptional user experience, empowering them to effectively manage their crypto assets with ease and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes, considering user needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the on-chain transaction processes.
- Conduct competitor & user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the on-chain transaction processes.
- Define clear product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Champion a user-centric approach, advocating for intuitive and secure user experiences during the entire deposit and withdrawal journey.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to on-chain transactions, such as conversion rates, conversion time etc.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business).
- Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and the mechanics of on-chain transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices, with a track record of delivering intuitive and user-friendly products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Passion for cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Manager
