Join OKX as a Product Expert / Director of DeFi Products to lead and shape the development of DeFi offerings for the exchange. You will manage and explore CEX-related DeFi projects, planning innovative integrations between Onchain Earn, Loan/Borrow, and other DeFi products with CeFi. You will lead marketing for DeFi-related products, gather user insights, and influence the product roadmap with data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate with the Listing BD team and other Web3 business units to drive growth and AUM.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and explore CEX-related DeFi projects, planning innovative integrations between Onchain Earn, Loan/Borrow, and other DeFi products with CeFi.
- Lead marketing efforts for CEX DeFi-related products, collaborating with business development teams, local market managers, and other teams for effective execution.
- Gather user insights and identify the latest trends and hotspots in the crypto/Web3 industry to positively influence the product roadmap.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to business units, leveraging data-driven insights to support growth and product optimization.
- Work efficiently with the Listing BD team and other Web3 business teams to develop effective growth strategies.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to develop actionable product implementation plans that drive CEX AUM growth.
What We Look For In You
- 5-8 years of product strategy/product management experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High-level understanding of the Web3 industry; deep on-chain experience is required.
- Prior experience in exchanges, VCs, project teams, or hands-on operational roles is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
