Lead product growth strategies for OKX Wallet with a focus on user growth across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention). Drive data-informed improvements to core metrics by building and leveraging a data monitoring system. Develop deep understanding of DeFi, NFT, staking and underlying blockchain tech, collaborating with engineering to advance on-chain innovative scenarios. Potentially lead and scale the Web3 product team to accelerate growth and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design product growth strategies with a focus on user growth
Optimize the entire funnel of user acquisition -> activation -> retention through data analysis
Deeply understand the business logic of DeFi/NFT/Staking, as well as the underlying technology logic of blockchain, and collaborate with the technical team to advance the implementation of on-chain innovative scenarios
Build a data monitoring system and develop improvement plans for core metrics such as DAU/MAU and conversion rates
Potentially lead and grow the web3 team growth

What We Look For In You

7+ years of experience in web3 product management
Familiarity with the underlying mechanisms of blockchain (consensus algorithms/smart contracts/Gas models, etc.) and mainstream public chain ecosystems
Deep knowledge in web3 onchain, experience in web3 growth
Team Management Experience Prefer

The salary range for this position is $375,666.00 to $450,799.00.
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
