Lead research and product design for OKX's DEX aggregator, delivering PRDs, prototypes, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including market, operations, UI/UX, R&D, and testing to drive implementation and launch. Manage the full product lifecycle, develop and monitor data analytics indicators, and regularly analyze daily data to derive insights and optimize performance. Drive user growth and adoption within the DeFi/Web3 ecosystem.

About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the research and product design efforts for our DEX aggregator, delivering comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), prototypes, and associated documentation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including market, operations, UI/UX, R&D, and testing, to drive the successful implementation and launch of the DEX aggregator project.
- Manage the entire product life cycle, developing and monitoring data analysis indicators. Regularly analyse daily data to derive insights and optimize product performance.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3-5 years of professional product management experience. A background in computer science and communication is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in web3, DeFi, Swap, and Bridge technologies. Previous exposure as an experienced user of DeFi ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with effective communication skills for interacting with overseas colleagues and users in both languages.
- Strong ownership mentality and effective project management skills.
- Key Competencies: Project management, keen sense of user experience, familiarity with user growth strategies, and a deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems.
