Take a lead role in OKX Web3 Growth, focusing on onboarding the next million users by leveraging narratives like self-custody, meme, AI Bot, DeFAI, and ecosystem airdrops, and applying these opportunities through Wallet, DEX, Referral System, Trading Signal, AI + Content, Telegram Bot, and DAPP Discover. Build advanced DEX market tools—smart money analytics, signals, and alerts—to drive user conversion and trading activity. Leverage AI and content strategies to help users identify industry trends and trading opportunities, and construct referral systems and growth tools such as Cryptopedia, Drops, and Eco-hub to onboard new users and surface cutting-edge projects. Perform competitor analysis and collect stakeholder feedback to drive product improvements and cross-department collaboration.

About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Focus on helping the OKX Web3 team onboard the next million users via capturing the latest narratives such as Self-custody, meme, AI Bot, DeFAI, ecosystem airdrop, etc. You will also leverage these opportunities with our application function offerings such as Wallet, DEX, Referal System, Trading Signal, AI + Content, Telegram Bot, DAPP Discover
- Build advanced DEX market tools, such as smart money, signals, alert, to promote user conversion and transactions.
- Leverage AI and content to help users promptly identify industry trends and trading opportunities.
- Construct referral systems to drive business growth
- Build growth tools & mechanisms such as Cryptopedia (quest & rewards system) , Drops, Eco-hub( one-stop platform collaborated with chain ecosystems) to guide/onboard new users and help users identify cutting-edge projects
- Perform competitor analysis to inform product improvements and GTM strategies
- Collect and present stakeholder feedback to promote cross-departmental collaboration and product enhancements
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies, ensure timely product delivery, and good problem-solving skills
- Stay attuned to trends and user needs in DeFi and Blockchain, with agility to adapt to market shifts.
- Demonstrate passion for Crypto, AI and onchain trading, with strong learning ability and initiative in supporting product strategies.
- Familiar with major DEX, DeFi protocols, Trading tools, crypto communities, and Web3 growth tools, with a solid grasp of trending growth mechanisms.
- Experience in smart contracts and blockchain programming is preferred.
- Experience and understanding of AI products, content products or growth products is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
