Lead the Wallet product at OKX, designing growth strategies focused on expanding the user base and optimizing the acquisition-to-activation-to-retention funnel. Use data analysis to drive improvements in core metrics (DAU/MAU, conversion rates) and monitor product performance. Collaborate with the technical team to deepen on-chain capabilities across DeFi, NFT, and staking, advancing innovative on-chain use cases. Potentially lead and scale the Web3 team as needed.

About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design product growth strategies with a focus on user growth
- Optimize the entire funnel of user acquisition -> activation -> retention through data analysis
- Deeply understand the business logic of DeFi/NFT/Staking, as well as the underlying technology logic of blockchain, and collaborate with the technical team to advance the implementation of on-chain innovative scenarios
- Build a data monitoring system and develop improvement plans for core metrics such as DAU/MAU and conversion rates
- Potentially lead and grow the web3 team growth
What We Look For In You
- 7+ years of experience in web3 product management
- Familiarity with the underlying mechanisms of blockchain (consensus algorithms/smart contracts/Gas models, etc.) and mainstream public chain ecosystems
- Deep knowledge in web3 onchain, experience in web3 growth
- Team Management Experience Prefer
